DIY Wall Ideas

This person just attached corkboard to the wall and used push pins to hang the pictures for an easy changeable look.

The picture frames don't have to be the same size. Switch it up by using frames from flea markets and goodwills.

Urban outfitters actually sells frame kits like the one above, just add your favorite pictures.

Is Modern Design 2 Cold?

This is what I think of when I think Modern design.I appreciate the simple aspects of modern design but sometimes it can come off as too cold. Monochromatic color palette, very streamlined and not much excitement. That's why I like modern eclectic desgin because some aspects a streamlined and simple and others are daring and unique. What do you think?

Check out this artist Peabe. I first saw his work in Chicago last summer in a local magazine. His artwork is edgy, colorful and would look great in a loft.

Linear Crystal Chadelier

This would have to be one of my favorite Chandeliers. Its modern, sleek and feminine. The original designer's chandelier sales for about $2200.00 but ZGallerie has a knock off for only $329.00. Great deal.
