This person just attached corkboard to the wall and used push pins to hang the pictures for an easy changeable look.
The picture frames don't have to be the same size. Switch it up by using frames from flea markets and goodwills.
Urban outfitters actually sells frame kits like the one above, just add your favorite pictures.
